    A look at various methods and practices used to delay, disrupt and potentially cause a project to fail.

    Potential Subtopics:

    • Management and supervisors; ways they can lower morale and reduce productivity.

    • Employees, slow production, incorrect work.

    • Work place communication; deliberatly slow and ambiguous or misleading.

    • Logistics, slow and excessively complicated.

    • Kafkaesque bureaucracy, too many committees and decision makers.

    This lecture will include examples and recommendations from experts on how to detect and possibly prevent project sabotage, based on the Simple Sabotage Field Manual from the C.I.A.
