    To present in an interactive way key insights into the challenges managers face, when leading teams with a diverse cultureal background.

    • Diversity in action - leading with Emotinoal Intelligence.

    This interactive learning opportunity will provide participants with an introduction to the world of crosscultural managemnt. Participants will learn from real case studies and reflect on current diversity management practices in their own work situation, drawing from contemporary research in how national cultures can affect people's behavior at work.

    Sotiris Karagiannis has over twenty years of experience as an academic lecturer and corporate trainer. Sotiris brings in his training a blend of industry experience with hands-on approaches that put the trainees in the leading role. He facilitates rather than lectures and ensures trainees feel motivated to participate and engage in activities from the very beginning. Adopting the renowned people-centered pratices of Dale Carnegie, he creates a climate of trust and inspires his trainees to apply what they have developed immediately.
